Shipping and Handling Information

Most online orders may take 1-2 days to process before shipping. Due to constant fluctuations in inventory, availability of any items ordered will need to be verified before orders are processed. 
Please note that some shoes may be sent without original boxing. We strive to keep costs at a minimum for our customers, and reduced packaging weight and dimensions may help save on shipping costs. All products that include extra items or accessories such as shoe bags or shoe polish, etc. will be sent with their respective supplies if originally included. (**Returns must include all such accessories with the product.)
In the case any items are out of stock, customers will be notified. Tracking numbers are also available upon request. Please check your emails for any correspondences regarding order status and availability.

*Please thoroughly double-check and verify your shipping information and options before placing the order. Mistakes in information entered may delay processing time. In the case any packages are delivered to incorrectly entered addresses, we do not assume responsibility for any lost items or shipping charges.


Available shipping options:

Domestic Delivery (within the US)

  • USPS Priority Mail - delivery time typically takes 3-4 business days to arrive
    • 1st item - $13.00
    • Any additional items - $4.00 each
    • Small item orders may be qualified for Flat Rate option - $12.00 (quantity limited to what will fit in Flat Rate packaging)
  • USPS Express Mail – Please inquire
  • FedEx Next Business Day – delivery time arrives the following business day (excludes weekends) - Please inquire
    • **IMPORTANT** Orders may only be shipped out on the same day if received before 1:00pm PST
    • Customers are strongly encouraged to contact us before choosing this shipping option if order is urgent
    • Orders will be quoted; shipping rates vary by weight of package and destination

International Delivery (countries outside the US)

  • USPS International Priority Mail – delivery time typically takes 6-10 business days to arrive
    • Shipping rate varies depending on weight of parcel and destination
    • Customers will be quoted on the final shipping and handling amount before orders are processed

(Please check your emails for correspondences regarding shipping quotes! Orders will not be processed without customer confirmation.)

*Please note that we are unable to ship orders to certain countries outside the US. Customers will be notified promptly if this is the case. Thank you for your understanding.


Return labels are not provided for any orders. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover any shipping charges for returning shoes. However, if customers wish to exchange any shoes, no postage will be charged for the first exchange (applicable only to domestic USPS Priority Mail orders.) Additional exchanges within the same order will incur regular shipping and handling charges.

It is our company’s policy that once your order is in the hands of the courier, we are no longer able to assume responsibility for it. We ask all customers to please make every effort to ensure they have entered the correct shipping address where orders may be delivered safely.
