Return & Exchange Policy

Customers may return regular priced shoes within 14 days of purchase for a refund (amount of the items purchased) or an exchange for a different style or size. All returned shoes must be in new, unused, unworn condition. Shipping prices are non-refundable; this is non-negotiable and no exceptions will be made. The costs for return postage is the responsibility of the customer to cover.

Only under special conditions may shoes be accepted for return/exchange after the 14-day period. A $15 restocking fee will apply.

We do not encourage customers to dance in the shoes for any duration of time if they are unsure of whether or not they would like to keep them. Even just several minutes of dancing will show signs of wearing on the suede soles and heels. We will not be able to accept any returns on shoes that are worn or altered in any manner.

  • Only regular priced, non-clearance shoes are eligible for returns/exchanges

  • We do not accept returns on clothing, accessories, media, or any special orders

  • **Please double-check before ordering non-returnable items!**

  • All packaging must be included:

    -Any shoe bags or included accessories like shoe polish or heel tips must be returned with the shoes

    -Any included boxes must be clean and intact—no damages, markings, tape, etc.

For returns on orders of 3 or more pairs of shoes, please be aware that a 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns of 3 or more pairs in any single order. There will be no exceptions, so please double-check before placing orders for larger quantities.

Return labels are not provided; it will be the responsibility of the customer to cover the costs of return shipping.

      Please allow up to 14 days for any refunds to fully process and show up on your account statement.

      Tips for checking the fit of new shoes

      Walk around clean indoor surfaces to feel the shoes. Give yourself some time to get a sense of how they fit. Clean carpet is the recommended surface to try them out on, as it will not hurt or wear the suede soles of the shoes. Also, please do not brush the soles of the shoes as it will alter the texture of the suede.

          For exchanges on shoes

          We offer free shipping and handling to send the 1st exchange on an order, shipment by USPS Priority Mail within the US only. Any following exchanges will incur regular shipping charges. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover costs for return shipping. There are no exceptions, so please double-check your choices if you wish to make an exchange. Due to higher postage rates, no exchanges on International orders outside of the US are eligible for free shipping and handling. Exchanges on International orders will incur regular shipping charges.

          • Please provide a note on the copy of your receipt packed with the original pair referencing your choice for exchanging shoes  -Include details on what style, size, and heel height you would like to exchange for

          • Exchange requests will be checked for availability; customers will be notified if any styles are out of stock

              For clearance items or special orders

              Please be aware that there are absolutely no returns accepted for any special orders or clearance items. All clearance items and special orders for any styles outside of our regular inventory are final sale and non-returnable. We ask customers to make absolute certain of the size and style desired before placing a special order. Please feel free to contact us with any inquiries regarding special orders.
