We are currently seeking a sales associate at our store location. No dance experience or background is required, but it is preferred (general knowledge of a dancer's needs helps greatly with all aspects of customer relations, service, and product expertise.) Training will be provided. Employee discounts are also offered.

Job Description and Requirements:
Part-time position (roughly 16-20 hours per week, including weekends)
Basic computer skills required (primary programs used include: MS Word, Excel, and Quickbooks)
Must have access to reliable personal transportation
Responsibilities Include:
Providing detailed and prompt customer service on location, online, and on the phone
Light store maintenance and cleaning
Inventory control and tracking--emphasis on accuracy and knowledge/familiarity
Basic clerical and computer work (data entry, processing purchases and online orders, etc.)
Qualities we are looking for:
Well-versed communication skills in person, phone, and by email. Good command of English grammar and punctuation to convey professionalism
Punctuality and reliability
Good organizational skills and habits for tracking inventory, data entry, and record keeping
Attention to detail in all matters
Willingness to learn new things
Creative problem solving and listening skills to help customers with their needs
Respect for the work environment and work relationships with customers and coworkers
